We have a very flexible replacement policy. If you find the product(s) damaged upon delivery, you can return it as long as the following conditions are met:

• The product is damaged upon arrival.
• It should be unused.
• The product should be in the original condition, unaltered or without any further damage whatsoever.
• The price tags, brand tags and all original packaging must be present .
• In case of replacements/returns, the product must be shipped back to Mangath within 7 days of delivery. 
• Once we receive the product, your replacement product will be shipped to your shipping address and the same shall be delivered within 7-10 working days.

Usage:

• Wear the jewellery after applying makeup, perfumes, hair spray etc. as certains chemicals can react with the metal used in creating the jewellery.

• Avoid using these jewellery while performing highly physical activities as the stones and embellishments may come loose.

• Be careful not to scratch the jewellery while pairing them with abberasive accessiories.

Cleaning: 

• Always wipe/clean the jewellery after a long day of use, so as to remove sweat and dust.
• Hand wash the jewellery using fresh water if required. Never use salt water, chemicals or detergent to clean the jewellery.
• Always make sure to dry the jewellery prior to storage.

Storage:  

• Store in a cool and dry place covered in a soft muslin cloth or paper bag separately.
• Keep each jewellery types seperate to prevent abberation.
• Never keep jewellery made of different metals together as they can cause damage.
